Punchy, tangy, and full of zip, our Salt & Vinegar Dry Rub brings that unmistakable salty bite you crave—without the bag of chips. This blend was originally crafted for popcorn, but it’s become a favorite on baked potatoes, roasted fries, homemade chips, soft pretzels, and wings. A little goes a long way!
It’s bold, savory, and mouth-puckering in the best way. Whether you’re seasoning snacks, finishing off hot fries, or experimenting with dips, this blend adds a bright, addictive edge. Try it on pork, sprinkle it over roasted chickpeas, or toss it with toasted nuts for a sharp twist.
To use:

Toss 1 teaspoon per quart of popcorn while still warm

Rub 1–2 teaspoons per pound of wings or potatoes before roasting or air frying

Stir into sour cream or Greek yogurt for a tangy chip dip (start with 1 tsp per ½ cup and adjust to taste)
Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, sea salt, citric acid, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and spice blend.
